The service was good. Staff were friendly and obliging.
The rooms were not well cleaned and some of the room utilities like air conditioning and plumbing were old and worn out.

Spending Christmas at this resort was a great experience. The beach was amazing, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the grilled seafood, and there were many fun activities to do, like archery and bowling. Additionally, the spacious villas with beautiful lake views were a great place to relax with family.
The variety of food options was limited and expensive, and there were not many dining options in the surrounding area. Also, some of the activities and restaurants were closed during our stay, which put a damper on some of our plans. But overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and we still had a great time.

The surroundings of the hotel are stunning, with a beach just a few steps away and beautiful ponds filled with nature's flora and fauna. the spacious kitchen helped us out a lot when preparing food for our kids. the friendly staff at the kids club made our children feel welcomed and comfortable.
The experience was dampened by the inflexibility of the hotel policies, leaving us with fewer options.

Close to ferry terminal and Safari Lagoi. Shuttle service around the area. Enjoyed the pool and nearby beach with lots of trees for shade.
Expensive. Had to travel an hour and a half to stock up on food and drinks.
